DIVING INTO AWARENESS PROGRAM
4 Month Program
This program is ideal for entrepreneurs, adults joining the workforce, students (school/college/grad school) who are starting our program in the middle of the school year, or those looking for additional support during the summer months. This would be the recommended program for parents whose children are not ready for coaching yet, and are hoping to support their children with school and personal challenges as well as access new tools to help them with everyday parenting.

- Twelve weekly 50-60 minute on-on-one virtual sessions via Zoom to be completed over 4 months
- Customized planning and preparation time
- After session notes and carryover activities
- Once a week accountability check-ins
- 24 hour prior to session accountability reminder
PLUS:
A variety of assessments and tools to help identify areas of strength and challenge essential to successful strategy building (VIA Strengths test, Social skills questionnaires, Learning styles assessment, Core Values assessment, among others).

- Identify your strengths, passions and talents and leverage them in all areas of your life to help you achieve your goals.
- Recognize the barriers and obstacles that have been keeping you stuck and use strategies to “jail” them while choosing alternative options to keep you moving forward one-step at a time.

- Focus on your wins and celebrate them no matter how small.
- Use self-talk, visualization and mindfulness strategies to support your emotional and self-regulation.

MOVING TOWARD ACTION PROGRAM
5 Month Program
This program is ideal for those students in elementary, middle, high school, and college hoping to strengthen their focusing, organization, planning, motivation, social and stress management skills to help increase their accountability during the school year. We will typically connect in a semester format, following the academic calendar from August to December and/or January through May.

- Sixteen weekly 50-60 minute on-on-one virtual sessions via Zoom to be completed over 5 months.
- Customized planning and preparation time
- After session notes and carryover activities
- Once a week accountability check-ins
- 24 hour prior to session accountability reminder
PLUS:

KEEPING MOMENTUM PROGRAM
5 Month Program
After completing one of our transformation programs we will review with the client their progress with goal acquisition and self-accountability and together decide if they are ready to move into our phase-out program Keeping Momentum.
Program Offers
- Seven 50-60 minute one-on-one virtual sessions via Zoom to be used over 5 months. (Clients will begin by connecting bi-monthly, then every 3 weeks and finally once a month.)
- Customized planning and preparation time
- After session notes and carryover activities
- In between sessions accountability check-ins
- 24 hour prior to session accountability reminder
You (the Client) Will...
- Become aware and anticipate obstacles and barriers and consistently implement action steps to manage them while moving toward your goals.
- Continue fortifying new habits by repeating what works and keeping track of your wins.
- Consistently use mindfulness and visualization strategies to support with daily challenges and maintain a positive mindset.
- Increase self-accountability by implementing our 3 A’s Transformation program.
